2. Minutes. The Minutes of the meeting at Sally's on 21 May, 2003 were approved as corrected:

   1. Correct typo at 4.b. (the word "Gand" becomes "Gannd").
   2. Correct typo at 8.a.i. ("tothe" becomes "to the").
      
3. Pursewarden's Report. Arlene was unable to attend.
   
4. New Business

   1. Fundraising
      1. Francesca would like to see the products before permission is given to use the ADF logo. Kirk will photograph the rocks and box and send the photos to her.
      2. Steve and Kirk met with Joanne Van Boozian (the ceramics lady) about the proposed plaques. They are still in development.
   2. Grove Emergency Response Policy
      1. Gannd presented a new first paragraph for the policy:
         1. "Where we should call the ambulance and police for the emergencies that most people normally think of there is also another situation that the Grove may be called upon to deal with.There should be very little tolerance in our Grove for incidents involving basic religious hate. There are various legal remedies in place in our society that should be used. The use of controlled force to detain and identify suspects is spelled out in statute and law. We are members of a larger community and should respect the systems that are in place. Public attention to injustice can be a very good thing when resolving this issue."
         2. This new paragraph will be added to the document on our web site.
   3. Grove Public Outreach - Greenvie came up with a project we can all help with. We will clean a section of the Riverwalk between Flowing Wells and La Cholla (near the concrete circle/sundial).
      1. We will meet on Saturday, July 5 at 6am at Greenvie's house. After we clean the area, we will have breakfast at Greenvie's.
   4. SSG Banner. Gannd made the following motion, seconded by Michele:
      1. Motion: SSG will spend up to $100 to have a banner made for the Grove. It will display our logo, name and Southern Arizona on it. Motion approved.
   5. Logo Patches. Gannd is checking out shirt patches of our logo.
   6. Fall Fest. TAWN apparently wants SSG to open the ritual at Fall Fest Druid style. We will confirm.
   7. Newsletter. Kirk will e-mail Michele with the information from our past rituals.
      
5. Full Moon Ritual - 14 June 2003

   1. Greenvie was D1, Michele was D2, Arlene was Bard and Tissha was the Seer.
   2. The Omen - Tissha took an intuitive omen, which included information for each member present. The Kindreds had accepted our offerings. This was a good start.
   3. Next Ritual had not yet been determined.
      
6. Midsummer

   1. The Celebrants will be:
