1. Present were Gannd, Michele, Kirk, Steve, Morgan, Don & Arlene, Greenvie, Taran and guests Skip and Sharon Ellison. This was only a short meeting as the Grove needed to get to the Spring Equinox Ritual rehearsal.
   
2. Minutes. The Minutes of the meeting at Maxim's Restaurant on 5 March, 2003 were approved as corrected.

   1. In 6.a., remove Sally and place her in 6.b.
   2. In 6.c., add Taranunclos after Craig Staples as 6.c.ii.
   3. In 8.b., paragraph should read: "Full Grove Status - The requirements for Full Grove status have been changed to a total of 9 members over two years, with the Grove having at least one Dedicant Priest."
      
3. New Business

   1. Fundraising
      1. Kirk will send Greenvie a high-resolution electronic copy of the SSG logo.
      2. We have to contact Francesca at ADF about the use of the ADF logo on our products.
      3. Steve reported that the lady who made the ceramic murals for the Circle, Joanne Van Bezoonyan, will make a prototype of a Rhiannon plaque which can be produced to sell to horsey people for their stalls. It would be about 8 inches across and be a "protective" plaque for the barn. Steve and Kirk will fund the prototype. Sally reported that she had Breyer horse models which could be used for modelling.
      4. Steve reported that he will get a prototype of our logo embroidered on a polo shirt.
   2. Quorum - Kirk produced a first draft of the quorum by-law change.
      1. The new 6.3 shall be changed to: "Referenda may be used in lieu of holding a meeting for special topics. Referenda may be conducted by postal ballot and/or e-mail."
      2. New Article 12.2.1 will be deleted.
      3. The new article 3.3.4 shall be changed to: "Compassionate Memberships. In cases of dire hardship, Members may be granted an exemption to the Minimum Grove Donation by a majority vote of the Officers, as needed."
      4. Kirk will prepare the new By-law proposal.
         
4. Dates of Upcoming Meetings and Rituals. (Dates and times may be changed closer to the time)

      1. Bookmans on Speedway - April 2, 2003 - 7 pm.
      2. Gannd's new apartment - April 16, 2003 - 7 pm.
   2. Dedicant's Program Meetings
      1. Tissha's House - April 9th, 2003 - 7 pm.
      2. Morgan's House - April 23, 2003 - 7 pm.
      3. Steve and Kirk's House - April 30, 2003 - 7 pm.
   3. Rituals.
      1. Spring Equinox - March 21, 2003 - Summerlands Stone Circle, 7:00 pm - Gate opens at 6:00 pm. ADF Archdruid Skip Ellison will be a celebrant. This ritual will have a Welsh focus.
      2. Beltane - May 1, 2003 - Summerlands Stone Circle, 7:00 pm - Gate opens at 6:00 pm.
