1. Present were Gannd, Don, Arlene, Michele, Steve, Kirk and guest Sally Chandler.
   
2. Minutes. The Minutes of 7 August were approved as amended:

   1. In 8.a., correct the spelling of Equilibrium.
   2. In 12.b.2), correct the date for Fall Fest to September 28, 2002.
      
3. Pursewarden's Report.

   1. The Pursewarden reported that there was $101.25 in the Treasury at this time.
      
4. SSG Newsletter.

   1. Michele submitted the final draft of our first issue.
   2. Steve and Arlene suggested moving the final page to the beginning.
   3. Kirk suggested that the titles, "Midsummer" and "Lughnasadh" be made all capital letters.
      
5. Grove Quarterly Report.

   1. Gannd submitted the report on 8th August to ADF.
      
6. Contacting Past ADF Members in Tucson.

   1. Gannd's letter to Epona is ready to go out. He will send it out to her tomorrow.
   2. This letter is a request for Epona to contact them for us, and ask them to contact us if they are interested in the Grove here in Tucson.
      
7. Fall Fest.

   1. For the group ritual, we are doing the North altar.
   2. Gannd will open and close the gates. Additional assistance may be requested.
      
8. Advertising.

   1. Gannd is collecting information on all the papers and will submit a proposal at the next business meeting.
   2. We are still interested in doing some limited advertising.
      
9. Membership Renewals

   1. Kirk will check our Bylaws concerning our renewal of individual memberships in ADF.
   2. Kirk will e-mail all current members to find out their ADF Membership numbers and renewal dates.
   3. Kirk will create a list of our Grove regalia and ritual consumables on hand.
      
10. Autumn Equinox Ritual.

    1. Celebrants will be:
       1. Druid 1 - Don
       2. Druid 2 - Gannd
       3. Seer - Morgan (unless she is still ill, then Kirk will take it)
       4. Bard - Arlene
    2. Kirk will research the names (and pronunciations) of the Welsh names for the Solstices and Equinoxes and report at the next business meeting.
       
11. Samhain Ritual.

    1. Celebrants will be:
       1. Druid 1 - Gannd
       2. Druid 2 - Don
       3. Seer - Kirk
       4. Bard - Arlene
