Meeting at Don & Arlene's House, Tucson, AZ

1. Present were Gannd, Arlene, Kirk, and Steve on telephone.
2. Minutes.
a. The Minutes of the meeting at Maxims of May 1 were approved as corrected: On #4a., the Pursewarden reported that we have $60 in the treasury.
b. The Minutes of the meeting at Gannd's house on May 15 were approved as sent.
3. Midsummer.
a. This year our Midsummer ritual will be on Saturday, June 22 at Summerlands Stone Circle. Site will open at 6pm with finger food and soda available. The ritual will begin about 7:15 and be followed by a potluck. There will be a sleep over in the circle and an Invocation to the Sun at dawn on the 23rd.
b. Celebrants for Beltane will be:
1) Druid 1 - Kirk
2) Druid 2 - Gannd
3) Bard - Arlene
4) Seer - Don
5) Warrior - Damien Thorn (on condition that he wear no visible inverted pentacle symbol).
4. Pursewarden's Report.
a. The Pursewarden reported that as of May 18, we have $60.00 in our treasury. The coins in the well from Beltane have still not been collected.
5. ADF Provisional Grove Membership.
a. Gannd found our application at the bottom of his secretary's paper pile. Kirk mailed it off to Todd Covert return receipt requested.
6. Muin Mound Ritual and Chant Book.
a. Arlene brought back Muin Mound Grove's "Wheel of the Year" ritual and chant book plus a tape of the melody lines. She will be arranging the sheet music of these melody lines.

Site opens 6 pm - Ritual begins just before sunset.
