Meeting at Maxim's Restaurant, Tucson, AZ
6 February 2002
1. Present were Gannd, Don, Michele, Kirk and guest Justin Higgens.
2. Minutes. The Minutes of the last meeting at Kirk and Steve's house were accepted pending any comments via e-mail.
3. Rituals
a. Consecration Ritual went very well! We also got some pictures for our future website.
b. Imbolc Ritual
1) Went well - the rehearsal helped a lot!
2) We had approximately 35 people there (including us).
3) Omens
a) During the opening of the gates, the sun came out and a rainbow appeared over the Rincon mountains stretching over the Circle.
b) During the Centering, the lights on the stones came on while everyone had their eyes closed, so the stones were lit up when people opened their eyes.
c) During the Invocation of the Dagda, 5 blackbirds appeared, flying over the circle deosil from the Brigit shrine to the Cernunnos shrine.
d) During the Invocation of Brigit, the sun re-appeared at sunset, lighting up the Rincon mountains.
e) When it came time for the Omen, the Seer saw Brigit's face in the fire.
4. ADF Dedicant's Program.
a. It was decided to hold this weekly, beginning on 20 February, with the venue to alternate between Kirk & Steve's house and Don & Arlene's house.
1) Wednesday, 20 February - Orientation meeting at Kirk & Steve's house.
2) Monday, 4 March - meeting at Don & Arlene's
3) Monday, 11 March - meeting at Kirk & Steve's
4) Monday, 18 March - meeting at Don & Arlene's
5) Monday, 25 March - meeting at Kirk & Steve's
b. Future meetings will be determined in March.
5. Ostara Ritual
The SSG Ostara Ritual will take place in Summerlands Stone Circle on Thursday, 21 March. Time will be determined by the time of sunset.
6. Post Office Box
a. We have a PO Box now. Kirk and Gannd have the keys.

7. Mother Earth Ministries
a. Gannd reviewed the Introduction To Druidism pamphlet prepared by Mother Earth Ministries (MEM) and made corrections to it.
b. Don reported that there are inmates at the Lewis Complex in Buckeye who wish to change their religious preference to Druidry. There are also three inmates at the Eyeman Complex in Florence who are considering becoming Druids and there may be more.
c. Gannd will be the Corresponding Druid for MEM, giving the inmates a contact person should they have needs or questions.
